The Friend With Robot Fingers

A friend of mine who I would only see once every couple of months told me he had some sort of freak accident which left him as being half a robot. One of the robot powers he was now empowered with was that little holes could open up from the tips of his fingers to shoot needles at people if he ever got in a fight or needed to win a karate tournament.

Sure he may have been a compulsive liar with a bad story, but I was stupid enough to believe him.

I still remained fascinated that my friend has half robot and was endowed with such awesome powers until the next time I seen him a few months later. He had quite the confused look on his face when I asked him if he still had his robot powers. He had forgotten his story, and I learned the meaning of gullible.
